Find your current home, or sell with the best team in Utah

Salt Lake City supports the largest metropolitan area in the state of Utah.

Existing Homes in Salt Lake City range from Victorian style homes built in the late 1800’s in the historic area, to mid century bungalows on the east, and west sides, to new modern homes spotted throughout the area as builders discover sellers willing to part with building lots that they have held for years. There are also incredible contemporary, executive homes on the north and east mountains, and in the canyons.

Some of the popular specific neighborhoods for real estate can be found on the same drop down menu you used to access this page. Here is a brief description of a few areas in the city of Salt Lake to guide you. For surrounding cities throughout the valley, please refer back to the community tab.(link)

Sugarhouse/9th & 9th/15th & 15th: (link)
Homes range from high $100’s to $700,000. This area is one of the most popular real estate areas in Salt Lake City due to its relaxed atmosphere, mature trees, short drive to downtown and University of Utah. Sugarhouse is located on the east side by Hwy 215 and 1300 east. You can walk or ride your bike to coffee shops, restaraunts, and shopping.

Harvard-Yale/Gilmer/Yalecrest(link)
On the east side of the valley, just south of the University of Utah and north of Sugarhouse, Gilmer and Yalecrest homes have an air of elegance. This highly coveted area was originally built by the wealthier settlers of the area, and continues to be the home of Salt Lake’s most prestigious residents. Homes here will range from $400,000 to well over $2 mil.

Rose Park
Not listed in the community tab, this is one of Salt Lake’s most popular first time buyer areas. Located on the northwest side of the city, these homes are very similar to Sugarhouse style homes, but built mainly in the 50’s & 60’s. Almost all are bungalow and craftsman style homes with prices ranging in the $100’s to mid $200’s. For other first time buyer areas see West Valley/West Jordan(link) areas on the west side.

Federal Heights/Avenues
Located in the hills to the north of Salt Lake City, you will find two of the most popular areas in Salt Lake. With its location walking distance to downtown, and minutes to the University , the Avenues are popular real estate for investors/landlords, and doctors alike. You will find Victorian mansions to duplexes and 4-plexes. Prices vary widely here from mid $200’s to $1 million plus.

In Federal Heights on the other hand, you will find luxury from the turn of the century to modern masterpieces. This exclusive neighborhood is a short walk to the University and has been the home of Salt Lake’s socialites throughout its history. Homes Sell from $600,000 to multi-millions.

Olympus Cove/Millcreek
Located on Salt Lake’s east bench just east of Hwy 215, Olympus Cove is popular for it’s mountain and valley views. Most of the homes were built from the ‘70’s to current, and are surrounded by mature trees, and scrub oak to give you the privacy most people like. Due to it’s easy access to the freeway, this location is ideal for anyone working at the University, downtown, or anywhere on the east side. Since the demographics of this area are mainly professionals, most of these homes have been updated, and will range from the low $300’s to $1 mil plus.
